100. Maximum food stamp allotment levels

The U.S. Department of Agriculture every year updates the maximum allotments, deductions, utility allowances, and income eligibility standards at the beginning of each Federal Fiscal Year (FFY), which runs from October 1 through September 30 of each year.

For California-specific rules applicable to Food Stamp program allotments, deductions and income limits and COLA’s, see the most recent All County Information Notice, usually published each year in August or September.

The following are the maximum SNAP allotment levels effective October 31, 2014-September 30, 2015.  There is a separate table for Disaster SNAP (the 2014-5 allotments have not yet been released.)  The chart below is effective 10/1/14.  (Scroll down to the D-SNAP 2013-4 table.)
